About Us
Joanne Mankel, Managing Director of Activities on a Plate began working in the childcare and education field over 15 years ago and has used her experience, qualifications and passion for quality play and learning to develop the business.
Activities on a Plate started out 3 years ago providing craft workshops, training and children’s parties. Our philosophy was to ensure children were given the opportunity to have fun, and learn through play using readily available materials and the extremely versatile Paper Plate! Our company ethos is still the same and we still enjoy our paper plate creations, however we have extended our services greatly and are able to provide a full entertainment service.
Our many years of working with young children, our enthusiasm and qualifications enable us to offer a high quality range of services which meet the needs of our clients. We are have enhanced CRB checks and public liability insurance.
Most importantly we are passionate about our work. We provide excellent interactive ways to create, play and learn.
